亚马逊 POD 卖家如何寻找新的增长点?

  2023 年我失业了,领了个小礼包,当时想着自己年纪大了,工作不好找,而且从长远来看,还是得有一个能给自己或小团队带来稳定现金流的产品。于是就和伙伴商量,我们一起开发产品,主要分工是我来负责产品规划及设计,兼做些前端方面的工作,伙伴(之前我们在同一家公司,一起被裁)负责前后端的开发,产品出来后,由我来负责运营。这一年来,我们尝试了几个产品,主要是微信小程序相关的,有了一些用户,但是没有太多的收入,越往后越焦虑。 2024 年初,我与伙伴商量,还是得在自己熟悉的领域去思考产品方向,前面几年我们的工作都是与跨境电商相关的,特定是服务了在亚马逊上销售定制产品的卖家,这类卖家的需求我们是相对了解的,那么是不是有可能开发服务于这类卖家的应用,服务于 Shopify 上做定制业务的商家,以及当亚马逊上的定制卖家想在 Shopify 上拓展业务时。之所以考虑到 Shopify,也是因为在跨境电商领域,提得最多的就是亚马逊和独立站了,Shopify 提供了类似于 Apple App Store 那样的应用商城,方便商家寻找插件,也为小开发者或团队提供了业务的可能。就我所知,是有一些小团队及公司在 Shopify App Store 上取得了巨大的成功。 过年完 2 月中旬启动项目,因为要先熟悉 Shopify 应用开发规范,第一个应用时间会长一点,所以就把项目周期定为 3 个月,5 月下旬需要审核通过并上线,在 5 月初就得开始测试,以此来倒推工作进度。3 月初,我已经把原型及需求文档给完善了,原型用 Figma 来设计,需求文档就用语雀来管理。然后就是沟通需求,拆分功能模块,设定时间节点,后来有些需求根据 Shopify 所提供的 API 及 UI 组件进行了微调,但整体的方向是不变的。在产品设计上,我们参照的是亚马逊上的定制功能,尽量做到亚马逊上的商家来使用时,可以不需要学习就能上手,而 Shopify 上的商家在使用时,也不能复杂。Shopify 应用市场上,服务于销售定制产品的商家的应用已经有不少,有的复杂,有的简单,从评价数量上看,有些应用的用户基数也比较大了,但在交互形式上与亚马逊定制功能类似的还没有,我们就想从这点出发,在满足定制产品配置功能的基础上,能够方便亚马逊卖家开辟新平台,以此获得一部分用户。(这样的决策我们也不敢肯定就会成功,只能是先做再调整了,如果之后
